the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were clean, quiet, and had a great view. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a good night's sleep. Located near public transportation, this hotel made it easy to navigate around the city during my Christmas trip. the rooms were very clean and the crispy bed linen and soft towels added to the overall comfort. the vegetarian-friendly breakfast was a nice touch and offered a good variety of fresh options that I enjoyed.

The night staff were sometimes rude and unhelpful and the temperature of the water in the room fluctuated which made showering uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with our rooms kept very clean by the lovely staff. The hotel facilities were great, including a basic gym and a bag hold room. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options to choose from and it was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a shopping mall and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city and access the Fair.
