My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff at Hard Rock Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Alberto, one of the staff members, even helped me with my luggage and brought me water on a hot day. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, a practical sink in the bedroom, and a separate toilet and shower. The amenities, like the Lavazza coffee machine, were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was great, with a good selection of hot and cold options. I also loved the refreshing pool and the rooftop bar in the evening. I highly recommend a stay at Hard Rock Hotel.

I chose this hotel for its pool and needed a comfortable place after work. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, funky, and well-equipped. The location is a short walk from the train station with easy access to the city. The bed was comfy, with great pillow choices. The breakfast had a good selection and the pool was refreshing. The hotel staff looked after our bags on our last day. I would recommend a stay here.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Being right by the train station made it so convenient for us as bike riders exploring the city. Plus, being close to the Reina Sofia museum was a huge bonus. The room was fantastic, with a massive bed and great music playing on the TV. The bathroom was in great condition and the service from the front desk staff was top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. The facilities, like the outside gym and lovely little pool, were an added bonus.

The prices for food and drinks were a bit steep, especially the 8 euros for a beer around the pool.

Gym was great, outdoor area and pool were fabulous, and staffs were super friendly providing tip-top service with awesome cocktails. Spacious and neat rooms with funky design, comfortable beds, and easy check-ins and-outs. Great location with walking distance to many key attractions, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, being very close to the train station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved that it was near the hip Lavapies neighborhood, with its abundance of fantastic restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service we received from the staff was excellent, especially the girl who worked at the pool. The facility had a nice garden area where we could relax and unwind.

The lighting in the room was a bit complicated, with a sensor light in the entrance that would come on every 10 minutes throughout the night.

The hotel had excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the city. the design of the hotel was modern and well-kept, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I particularly enjoyed the large TV and speakers in the room, adding an extra touch of entertainment.

the layout of the bathroom was a bit odd, with separate toilet and shower areas and the sink located in the bedroom. Lack of privacy was a concern, and we found ourselves using the toilet in the lobby more often.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was close to the train station which was convenient for us. The staff here were great in terms of service: room service, dry cleaning, shuttle service, pet amenities available, tours/ticket assistance, 24-hour room service. The location of this venue was great too, as it was really close to a train station.

The room was modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part was when I fell ill during my stay and the hotel arranged for a doctor to see me within an hour! Although the rooftop was closed during my visit, the outdoor pool was refreshing in the summer heat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved my Thanksgiving experience at this hotel. the breakfast was top-notch and they even offered complimentary coffee throughout the day. the hotel was located near key attractions, which was convenient for sightseeing. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.

The music and noise from the bar area were a little too loud at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
