the lagoon pool was amazing, the cleaners were great, and the overall vibe was relaxing and chilled. the breakfast spread was awesome. can't wait to go back!

The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist you. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, catering to all tastes and preferences. Plus, some rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding area, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of nature.

The in-room breakfast could use some improvement, as the bread was a bit hard and the orange juice didn't taste fresh.

We loved the rock royalty experience, from the complimentary drinks upon check-in to the stunning view from our suite. The staff were lovely and the food at the steak house and breakfast sessions was amazing. The access to the adults-only pool, thermal spa, and beach club made our stay even more enjoyable. The rock royalty lounge was a nice touch, offering delicious food and unlimited drinks. The innovative key system with wristbands made everything convenient and hassle-free.

The Gold Suite we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with breathtaking views from the 10th floor. The variety and quality of the restaurants were exceptional, especially the Beach Club Restaurant and the a la Carte options. The spa and hydro pool were a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered stunning sunset views. The Rock Royalty package was definitely worth it, with endless perks and access to a private lounge. The attentive and friendly staff, particularly Veronica and Victor at the Rock Royalty front desk, made our stay extra special. We can't wait to return!

The Silver Suite was spacious with great views and a jacuzzi bath. The hotel had excellent facilities including a beach club, adult-only pool, and a thermal suite in the rock spa. The lobby bar had comfortable seating and provided entertainment. The multiple swimming pools and underground parking were convenient.

Value for money was excellent, with perfect rooms and all necessary amenities. The staff treated us amazingly well, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Easter break was amazing with outstanding spa treatments and top-notch room service, plus the location offered scenic views, and there was a wide range of recreational activities available. We were overjoyed with the complimentary fruit basket and bottle of wine that was just perfect for the balcony view.

Despite numerous requests, the hotel staff was unresponsive to our needs, and the rooms were not soundproof, so we frequently overheard the noise of the adjacent rooms.

had an amazing stay at hard rock hotel tenerife! the staff was incredibly friendly and the buffet had a great selection. the relaxed atmosphere made for a super relaxing week. can't wait to return!

Incredible 30th birthday experience at the Hard Rock. Upgraded to the Rock Royalty package and had access to the Lounge with premium drinks. Balloons, cake, and cava for my birthday. Loved having a guitar in the room. Enjoyed the pools and Beach Club. Visited Loro Parque, a must-see. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was top-notch, and the Spa & wellness centre was a true indulgence for relaxation. the swimming pool was exceptional, with a Jacuzzi and beach access nearby. the outdoor terrace was perfect for sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful garden area.

the Live music was nice, but the volume was too high, which made it hard to carry on a conversation.
