We stayed at an elegant bungalow at HD Parque Cristobal Gran Canaria and it was a nice experience. the bungalow was clean and had comfortable beds, a spacious wardrobe, and a decent bathroom. the kitchenette was well-equipped with everything we needed, including cups, glasses, dishes, and cooking appliances. the food, which was included in our package, was good with different options for lunch and dinner. the hotel has great amenities for children, such as playgrounds and pools. There are also entertainment programs available every day except for Sundays. A few mini markets are conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. the beach is just a short drive away and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus several times a day. the wifi connection was also good.

We had a wonderful time staying at this accommodation. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. Despite the water not being as heated as advertised, it didn't pose a major issue for us. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the air conditioning in the spacious rooms was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food, especially the breakfast. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a teddy bear for our baby. The free bus to the beach was a convenient bonus, and there were great restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, having a supermarket right on the doorstep was very handy. we highly recommend a stay at HD Parque Cristobal Gran Canaria.

Had a great time at this hotel! the all-inclusive option was amazing - the food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Loved the spacious and clean bungalows, and the pool areas were fantastic! the staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and great shopping areas.

The towels smelled a bit musty and were in need of replacement, and there were not enough sun umbrellas to go around. the entertainment could have been better - some of the shows were a bit lackluster.

our recent stay in playa del ingles exceeded all expectations! hd parque cristobal gran canaria was fantastic - excellent accommodation, delicious food, and friendly staff. the pools were a hit with the kids and the bungalows were clean and comfortable. a special shout-out to giovanni, alejandro, and antonio for their outstanding service!
