The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff are pleasant, helpful and professional. The breakfast and evening buffet are excellent with a vast choice of quality food. The room was clean and serviced every day to a high standard. The hotel arranged for two hours of entertainment each evening and there were some memorable performers. The little marina in Puerto Calero was within 10 mins walk along a lovely seaside pathway.

The hotel offered a variety of activities and entertainment options to keep guests entertained throughout their stay. The weather during my visit was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Although the staff was efficient, there were a few instances where communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers. Additionally, while the hotel had many amenities, such as an indoor pool and spa, there were additional fees required to access them.

The value for money at Secrets was excellent, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The beachside location was stunning and a short walk to the beautiful marina. The staff were attentive and treated us with great care.

The food options were good, with a separate coffee shop. The SPA area was also good. Hotel is close to the airport. Upper floor rooms have pool and coast views. Local small town and marina are a short walk away.

Choice of a la carte restaurants for all-inclusive. Good choice of premium drinks. Excellent food. Large resort with beautiful rooms. Variety of places to eat and pools to use. Close proximity to local shops and ATM. Helpful and attentive concierge staff. Some staff members, like Daniel in the preferred pool bar, were fantastic.

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel and pools were sparkling clean. There was a great selection of pools for both adults and children, with plenty of loungers. The rooms were spacious and everything was in working order. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful ambiance.

The only missing amenity was the lack of provided tea, coffee, and milk in the room. It would have been nice to have a heated pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the customer experience girls at the office to the staff at the restaurant, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were happy to help from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location near a marina with lots of lovely restaurants was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options.

We really enjoyed the pool, fantastic rooms, and the lovely staff at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa. Special shout out to Paula on reception - she was amazing! The support from the staff was top-notch, and the bar staff and cleaning service were fantastic. The gym was also decent!

I recently stayed at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa in Puerto Calero for a week-long vacation. The staff at the hotel were absolutely phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure a brilliant stay. The gluten-free breakfast options were excellent, catering to my dietary needs. The hotel itself was spacious and stylish, with stunning views of the sea and beautiful scenery. The communal areas were well-maintained, and our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The food options were varied and delicious, and we found the half-board option to be more than adequate. The hotel spa was beautiful, and the gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The location of the hotel, on the edge of a national park, allowed for lovely walks along the coast. I can't recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and its staff highly enough.

We got great value for our money at this adult-only resort in Lanzarote. The room, especially the quadruple room, was perfect for our family with two young kids. The location was fantastic, being able to walk to the marina and enjoy a stroll by the sea each day. The staff treated us wonderfully, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Fantastic food at the à la carte restaurant and great staff. Perfectly located by the coastline and just a short stroll to the charming marina. Best aspects? the excellent layout of the hotel and the nice ambiance. Our stay was truly relaxing and memorable.

The small size of the bath/shower compartment and the absence of bathrobes and slippers, which should be standard in a 5-star hotel. But these minor issues didn't dampen our overall experience.

The location of this resort is absolutely stunning. Situated further down in the resort towards the ocean, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bathrooms are spotless, with modern fixtures and plenty of hot water. The staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, with special mention to Rafaela, John, Giavani, and Alex who took the time to go on a morning run with one of the guests. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. The facilities, including the pool and spa, are top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation and indulgence.

It is disappointing that some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the bed linens.

As business guests, we loved the all-inclusive package, fantastic staff like Oliver V, Ramón, Yessica, and Papa. The spa offers were worth it and the views from our room were great. The food options, including dietary requirements, were excellent, and the piano bar entertainment was enjoyable. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep us entertained.
