The room size was good and the bathroom facilities were excellent, including a spacious shower. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff were attentive and friendly. the hotel was conveniently located on a major street, making it easy to access the city's highlights.

The walls were incredibly thin, allowing sound from the elevators and neighboring rooms to be heard clearly. the thermostat in the room did not work properly, causing discomfort during the night.

Excellent hotel experience with a warm welcome and helpful staff. Our room was upgraded, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast selection was top-notch and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the room temperature, but opening the windows solved it. I highly recommend Hesperia.

We enjoyed the complementary turn down service with a positive quote and chocolate, as well as the spacious bathroom with a heated towel rail. the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. the housekeeping team was very apologetic when we found an item of clothing left from a previous occupant, and they brought us some wine and local treats to make up for it.

The check-in process was quite slow and there was some noise from other rooms. While the hotel had a good location, the lack of a view from our room was a let-down.

Additionally, I really enjoyed the amenities provided by the hotel, especially the well-equipped fitness center that allowed me to stay active during the holiday season.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel were beyond expectations. the spacious and well, equipped rooms provided everything I needed to feel pampered and comfortable. the staff were bilingual and helpful in making restaurant reservations. Breakfast was excellent, with made, to, order eggs. the snack bar provided delicious appetizers and there was also a Nespresso machine in the room. the fitness center was up, to, date as well.

The only minor issue was that there was a lack of natural light in the standard room which faced a wall. upon upgrading to the premium room, there was more natural light and a better view.

I had an excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. My room, a spacious king suite, had stunning views of the city. The separate seating and dining area added to the overall comfort. The bathroom was luxurious with two sinks, a separate bathtub, and shower. The in-room safe even had an outlet, a thoughtful addition. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The location was perfect, not too touristy but still easily accessible by cab or metro. I even enjoyed a leisurely walk to the city center and Prado. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again in the future.
