Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, resolving any issues promptly. the room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities including a safe, mini fridge, and a hairdryer in the shower room.

The noise cancellation in the rooms could be better as it was possible to hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the lack of a view from the room was a downside, as the windows faced an inner building.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable king-size bed. Air-conditioning worked perfectly in the hot weather. Excellent WiFi for uninterrupted Skype calls. The maid service was exceptional, with the room left neat and tidy every evening.

The breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit everyone's taste, including the delightful Murcian coffee.

The wardrobe had plenty of space for all my belongings. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a runner, I loved that there was a nearby pathway for running and cycling. it was an excellent stay.
