the staff at Hilton was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. the room was exactly as it appeared in the online pictures, with a nice bathroom and comfortable layout. the highlight was the small pool area, which was perfect for a relaxing swim. I also appreciated the free bus service to the airport, making my departure hassle-free. it was a wonderful stay at this hotel.

I recently had an amazing weekend at an airport hotel in Madrid. the rooms were fantastic and I even received a complimentary upgrade. the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. the hotel also had a great dinner menu with a wide selection of wines. Despite a minor internet glitch, it was quickly resolved. I also loved the convenience of the shuttle service, even though it was a bit of a distance from the airport.

The only downside was that the lobby felt a bit sterile and I didn't spend much time there. However, since I was out exploring the city, it wasn't a major issue for me.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Public areas were nice, with a quiet conference area. The room was clean and quiet, although I would have preferred 2 queens instead of twin beds. The shuttle to the airport was frequent and efficient.

I had a delightful stay at a certain hotel in Madrid. A big shout-out to the kitchen staff for their exceptional performance - the eggs and coffee were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. I also want to thank the kind gentleman who checked me in, even though I forgot his name. a safe, comfortable, and refreshing place with a swimming pool and gym, which was much-needed in the heat. the Hilton honors program definitely made a difference with no wifi charges and excellent service. the shuttle service was a great addition, and despite the challenges , the staff was responsive and fair.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the convenient location for airport travel. Despite being in a light industrial area, there were always taxis waiting outside to take us anywhere we needed to go. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and we appreciated the amenities such as the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and even offering us a welcome drink upon arrival.

We did have a minor issue upon check-in where the staff was unable to locate our reservation. However, they handled it quickly and efficiently, and it did not affect the rest of our stay.
