The air-conditioning in the room worked exceptionally well, a relief during the hot weather. I had a pleasant stay at this well-located hotel.

the staff at Hm Palma Blanc were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided assistance with taxi bookings and gave local information. the hotel had a nice design and air conditioning throughout. I particularly enjoyed the fresh smoothie station at breakfast and the refreshing cocktails at the pool bar. the rooftop pool area was a perfect spot to relax. the hotel also offered good value for money for lunch. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The pool at HM Palma Blanc was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the smoothie station and the made-to-order crepes. The spa was a highlight of my stay, providing a much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring Palma. I had a great experience at HM Palma Blanc and would definitely recommend it.

The location was spot on - we could easily walk to the city center and the staff at reception were always helpful with directions. the breakfast had a good variety of options, especially loved the fresh smoothie station and crepes. the design of the hotel was sleek and modern, with air conditioning throughout. the cocktails from the pool bar were a great way to cool off.

The lifts were a bit of a problem for us - not all of them were working and on two occasions, we got stuck in-between floors which was quite scary. the cleaning service also took our towels and didn't replace them, so we had to keep asking for extras.

Beautifully designed hotel with a modern and zen-like atmosphere. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent spa facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choices, including bespoke smoothies and eggs. Good quality bikes available for hire.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Palma, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-designed and stylish, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast provided was plentiful and of good quality. Guests also had access to a rooftop pool and a fantastic indoor spa with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and warm pool.

The furniture fitments in the rooms were of cheap materials and poorly fitted, which detracted from the overall quality of the hotel.
