home suite home gran via in madrid was even better than my previous stay! the property was brand new, spotless, and beautifully decorated. natalia, the friendly host, gave us great tips and the location was perfect. amazing terrazza with a great view!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel was located in a prime area, just steps away from major attractions and multiple metro stations. It made it super convenient to explore the city and get around. Additionally, the host was very helpful and provided accurate information about dining options and tourist activities, which made planning my days easier. The basic breakfast provided was also a nice touch and helped me start my mornings off on a good note.

One downside of my stay was the initial struggle I had with the arrival process, partly due to my limited Spanish skills. It would have been helpful if there were more English-speaking staff or clearer instructions in English to avoid any confusion.

Loved the rooftop terrace with great views of the city and the perfectly located suites. the host was super friendly and gave great advice on local dining and attractions. the suite was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and 24/7 Nespresso machine were a nice touch.

I got excellent value for my money at Home Suite Home Gran Via. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action. The staff, Mikel and Natalia, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

loved the central location, right off Gran Via with metro station and attractions within walking distance. Mikel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing detailed directions and tips. The modern apartments had Spanish charm, a fabulous communal terrace, and even breakfast pastries and Nespresso machine.
