The hotel is perfectly situated, so close to the beach and just a short bus ride away from the airport. It's also conveniently located in a covered outdoor area, providing a nice ambiance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring amenities like a safe, fridge, and fluffy gowns. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy the spa and sauna facilities, as well as indulge in a superb massage.

The bathroom design could be improved, with the shower screen at the opposite end of the bath, resulting in water getting on the floor.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful seafront area within easy reach. From my room, I could enjoy a stunning view of the sea from both the bed and the seating area. The hotel facilities, including the gym, sauna/spa area, terrace, sundeck. Additionally, the staff were perfect - they were so helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet was good, and you can make mimosas with cava and freshly squeezed orange juice. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel, including the rooms.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hospes. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, even after long shifts. We want to give a special shout-out to José at reception, who went the extra mile for us. The waitresses Ruth and Maria also provided fantastic customer service. We were pleasantly surprised by the young lady who would change our towels in the afternoon and leave a chocolate on our bed. The hotel is in a great central location, close to the castle and lots of bars and restaurants. The spa was also a highlight, with a heated pool that was perfect for the winter months. we highly recommend this hotel.

Although it wasn't a major issue, the layout of the bathroom area was a bit confusing. We also would have appreciated having cotton buds for our ears.

We stayed at a hotel in the old town during Xmas. the complimentary mulled wine and mince pies were a great touch. the location was ideal, close to shops and the beach. the rooftop terrace had amazing views.
