Great location, close to the city center and easy access to attractions. the hotel had a beautiful pool area with plenty of lounges and a towel service. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel lacked in several areas. the staff were not present and not very friendly.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of this city, making it close to all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional.

Our stay at Hospes was fantastic! The hotel premises are impressive, with a layout perfect for families. The room had a big comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a great view of the inner courtyard. The staff was always courteous and helpful. We especially loved the picturesque pool area and landscaped gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. We took a short city break and stayed in a gorgeous old building. the staff was friendly and we enjoyed two complementary facts. the location was central and easy to find our way around. the pool was great and refreshing, especially with the hot weather.

Our bathroom was too small and awkwardly laid out. the mirror placement didn’t make sense, and there was nowhere to sit down to do makeup or hair.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty at this hotel. Our spacious room was equipped with luxurious amenities and a private balcony with stunning views of the city. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need, offering us massages and beauty treatments at the on-site spa.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the breakfast buffet, which lacked variety and freshness compared to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. However, the restaurant's a la carte menu made up for it with delicious and innovative dishes.
