I recently stayed at a lovely place in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the Gran Via metro station. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The rooms and lobbies were impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Loved the central location of this hostel, with easy access to shops, clubs, and attractions just a short walk away. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.- The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Some rooms were a bit small and basic, and noise from the elevator was audible in certain rooms. It would have been nice to have more English-speaking staff available for easier communication.

The neighborhood was mind-blowing and super LGBTQIA+ friendly, with an incredible selection of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The location was jaw-droppingly central, close to two metro stations and La Gran Via for shopping and sightseeing. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was absolutely amazing, providing the best customer service I've ever experienced. The room was kept sparkling clean and the daily cleaning service was a great touch. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hostel in Madrid. The room was small, but clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hostel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and popular sites. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like thin walls and no outlets near the bed, I would highly recommend this hostel for its great value for money. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great directions and recommendations. The amenities, including the Wi-Fi and bathroom facilities, were practical and convenient. a great stay with excellent service.

I stayed at Hostal America in a great location in the center, close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and gave us helpful tips. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated having a bathroom in our double room. my experience at Hostal America was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

Oh, my poor ears! The walls are so thin, I practically knew my neighbor's life story without even trying.

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel. Hostal America was just a short walking distance from many attractions, and even though the nearest metro station was under construction, we found it convenient to use the Tribunal station which was only 8 minutes away. The staff, particularly the ladies, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We got great value for our money at Hostal America. The room was modern, spacious, and had comfortable bedding. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.
