The value we got for our money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet part of town but close enough to all the attractions. The staff, especially Fabio and Howard, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection of teas and coffees.

As a family, we had an amazing visit to Madrid with Hostal Cervantes as our base. The hotel's prime location near the Prado Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and the beautiful Buen Retiro Park made it so convenient for our sightseeing adventures. We were also delighted to find that the Atocha railway station was within walking distance, making it easy for us to explore the city. Despite being a hostel, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it for families visiting Madrid.

Great location, so many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. 24-hour reception, perfect for my odd sleeping habits. Wi-Fi access in public areas, because who doesn't love surfing the internet with strangers?

We stayed at a nice, big enough room in a charming old building in the city center. The modern and clean bathroom was a plus, and we even had a small balcony. The bed was set and towels were changed daily. The location was perfect, with lively streets filled with bars and restaurants nearby. We were also just a short walk away from the Prado museum and other main attractions. The receptionist was incredibly kind, happy, and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing great recommendations. The room was quiet, and the beds, pillows, and sheets were comfortable. They even had a hall offering amenities like a microwave, water, and discounts for attractions and restaurants.
