The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. The pool, shared with their sister hotel, was clean and had a great bar. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The location is centrally located for exploring. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely boutique hotel in a central location. the staff, especially Maria and Carolina, went above and beyond to make our difficult situation better. the room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. the bathroom was modern and nicely decorated. the hotel is secure with free safes in each room. Barbara and Tony at the reception were friendly and helpful. We loved the convenient location, close to the beach, bus station, and nightlife. We can't wait to stay here again!

The staff at reception were extremely helpful, providing great tips on where to eat and which beaches to visit. The room was impeccably clean and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. Additionally, being able to use the facilities at Hostal Tropical, including the pool and breakfast, was a fantastic bonus.

I recently stayed at Hostal Cervantes for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located close to the main bus station and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English skills were a bonus. The rooms were cool, clean, and modern in design, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. I particularly loved the buffet options for breakfast and dinner, which offered a great variety of delicious food. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool available for guest use, and I appreciated the option to use the large pool across the street. it was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, close to everything in this city, with plenty of shops and food places around. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was just across the road. The staff were amazing, especially the male receptionist on the night shift. He was funny, helpful, and always available no matter the time. We will definitely miss him when we leave.

I had an amazing stay at Hostal Cervantes in September. The rooms were beautifully designed with comfy beds and a lovely modern bathroom. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the location was perfect, close to both the beach and the center of town. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner options at the nearby hotel Tropical were delicious. I couldn't fault my stay and I never want to stay anywhere else!
