I got great value for my money at the Hostal Comercial. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a small fridge. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city and close to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.

The breakfast could have been improved with a better variety of options.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was near all major attractions and close enough to walk from the main train station. Being in the very center of the city, it was convenient for exploring. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, with air-con that worked well. The customer service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to provide a fan for the room, which was very hot.

The shared bathroom was a little run down, and there was a strange odor in the common areas.

I couldn't ask for a better location than Hostal Commercial. Being just a minute's walk from Puerta del Sol, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Giorgia, were really friendly and made me feel right at home. They even stored my luggage after check-out so I could do some last-minute shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and the daily towel changes were a nice touch. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing location in the heart of the city! Just a few meters from major attractions like Sol, Gran Vía, and Plaza Mayor. the Royal Palace was only a short walk away. the room, although not too big, was spacious enough, and the same goes for the shower. the bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to wake up in the morning. We also enjoyed the mini fridge in the room and the balcony was a great plus!

I gotta say, bang for your buck, this place is solid. The room was spot-on and the bed was mad comfy. Plus, the location was on point, just a hop, skip, and a jump from all the major attractions. The staff treated me right too, super polite and they even left a sweet surprise in my room.
