Great location, very convenient for exploring Salamanca.

My experience was marred by the unkind attitude from the woman at check-in. She seemed quite impatient and made the initial welcome far from pleasant. Also, the room I stayed in was cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable as it was located under a sloping ceiling that forced me to stoop at times. I was hoping for a more relaxing stay, but this really impacted my overall comfort.

Request a room overlooking the plaza for a lovely view and peaceful ambiance, especially if you enjoy watching local life at a distance.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the

staff was friendly and very helpful in sharing local tips. The location made it super convenient to explore, but be aware of the late-night noise, especially from nearby bars and crowds. Parking is available, but make sure to reserve ahead if you need it.

Be mindful to check in during reception hours for a smoother experience, as late arrivals may have a bit of difficulty accessing the rooms.

The noise from nearby bars and ventilation systems can be overwhelming!!! Showers need improvements as water spills all over!!! The parking garage is a nightmare, and it’s inconvenient not having keys on hand!!! Walls are paper thin!!!

Incredible location just steps from the main plaza! My room was spacious and clean, complemented by air conditioning and friendly, attentive staff who truly care about your experience.
