My stay at this hotel was exceptional. Hostal Dona Juana exceeded all my expectations. It is located in close proximity to Saint Teresa Square, just a four-minute walk from the Cathedral and medieval walls. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable, and the hotel should definitely be awarded another star. The room was spacious, with comfortable furniture and wonderful views. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the entire place was spotlessly clean.

I had a great experience at the hostal. The staff was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel before our room was ready, and when we returned later in the day, our luggage had already been moved to our room. The room itself was nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The location of the hostal is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and right outside the city walls. It's a quiet area, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The wifi also worked really well during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a great central location with very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the language barrier, the owners/staff were patient with our requests and even used Google Translate to communicate with us. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the wifi worked well. Additionally, the location just outside the city walls was perfect, as it was quiet yet within a 5-minute walk into the city.

Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin et très arrangeant. Ils ont fourni rapidement un lit d'appoint sans surcoût. Le ménage était fait tous les jours et les serviettes de plage et de bain étaient changées fréquemment. L'accueil était top avec des conseils pour visiter la région.
