During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered breakfast. They had a variety of pastries and coffee to start my day. the hotel had a friendly staff who gave recommendations for nearby attractions. the location was great, as it was in a central area, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

The hotel was not as clean as I expected. the room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed some stains on the sheets.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the very centre of Madrid on a pedestrian street. You can easily explore all the main attractions as they are just a short stroll away. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable for such a prime location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all spoke English, which was a bonus. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, with some even offering a balcony. The whole place has been recently renewed, giving it a fresh and modern feel. And to top it all off, the breakfast is included, giving great value for money.
