We loved our stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was exceptional. The room had a modern and bright design, which added to its charm. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, including the excellent air conditioning that quickly cooled the room. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb. It was situated in the very center of this city, within walking distance to important landmarks and close to a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the night time male receptionist.

The hotel offered a great location, just a minute's walk away from the main street and surrounded by a lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, bars, and cafes. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with a charming little balcony overlooking the street. The daily housekeeping and linen change were a nice touch, ensuring a fresh and tidy room throughout my stay.

One inconvenience was that the reception was located in a separate building, which could be a hassle, especially when carrying a lot of luggage. Also, the requirement to leave the room key with the staff every time I went out was a bit annoying.

my daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Hispano Gran Via. the location was perfect, with close proximity to the Gran Via and Chueca metro stations. the staff were friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean. We found it to be excellent value for money. We especially enjoyed the vibrant and inclusive neighborhood, which was great for exploring, shopping, and enjoying delicious late-night tapas and drinks. the air conditioning was a lifesaver, providing much-needed relief from the scorching 34-degree heat. the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and we loved starting our day at the nearby bar, Pannus, with their amazing coffee. Dining options in the area were plentiful and affordable. the housekeeping was top-notch, and communication and check-in were smooth and hassle-free.
