The staff was exceptional in their attitude and helpfulness. The receptionist, Maria, was highly efficient, helpful, and skilled at computer operation. She even recommended the hotel's restaurant/cafe, which served very good food. The rooms were clean, compact, and efficient, just what you would expect along the Camino. The hotel is conveniently located across the river from the old town, close to the bridge and downtown. It was away from the noise, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel had friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location.

We were on the Camino walk and stayed at Hostal Hispano for one night. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our transport service for our luggage was sorted out when it didn't arrive. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown but away from the noise. The friendly and helpful staff even removed the breakfast charge from our bill since we had to leave early. The accommodation itself was lovely, situated near a bridge that leads to the old town with its charming river and grassy banks.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist us. They provided us with useful information about the city and nearby attractions. the warm and cozy double bed with lovely pillows made our stay even more comfortable. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with a park just in front of it and close proximity to the old city. This allowed us to easily explore the charming surroundings.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful grassy banks by a river and close proximity to the bus station, old town, and various restaurants. The room was up to date and bright, with a lovely double bed, cosy duvets, and comfortable pillows. The bathroom had great power in the shower and super hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing articulate and useful assistance. Bustyron reception, they offered hot drinks, and the restaurant had wonderful staff and delicious food.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with accumulated dust and questionable cleanliness in certain areas.
