Convenient location, close to attractions and express bus stop from and to the airport. Clean rooms with excellent housekeeping. Nearby tapas bars offer complimentary tapas with drinks. Great value for money, with laundry service and reasonably priced vending machines.

The location of this accommodation is perfect, with everything within walking distance. You can easily explore the city center and visit all the major tourist sights. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to a famous aqueduct, adding to the charm of the surroundings. The rooms are big and very clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The check-in process can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with young children.

I found Hostal Los Alpes to be in a superb location, close to major attractions like the Royal Palace and Prado Museum. The surrounding area was vibrant and bustling, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms were clean and everything worked properly. The shared bathroom was always well-maintained. For the price I paid, it was definitely a smart choice for a budget traveler like myself. I would highly recommend this hostel for a short stay in Madrid.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in a pedestrian shopping street in a very nice area of the city centre is perfect, being just a short walk from Tribunal or Sol tube stations. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a refrigerator and a shower. I particularly appreciated the small balcony in my room, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The location was great, very central and close to the transport links. It was easy to get around. Another advantage was that the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was no elevator and it was difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. the staff only spoke Spanish which can make communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers.
