I had a great stay at a nice low-cost accommodation near the Gran Via. The room and private bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Gran Via. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers. I was satisfied with my stay.

Great location, within walking distance to all main tourist sites and close to cafes, restaurants, and a mini supermarket. The room had air conditioning which was a huge plus.

The room could have been a bit cleaner and the staff could have been more welcoming. Having to ring the doorbell each time was a hassle, especially when other guests did the same throughout the night.

Convenient central location near Gran Via metro and plenty of restaurants and shops. Clean rooms with free wi-fi and well-stocked bathrooms. Friendly and welcoming host. Multiple museums nearby with the option to buy tickets online in advance to avoid queues. Symbol of Madrid, the bear and the strawberry, found in bustling Puerta del Sol market.
