Great location, right in the city center on a major shopping street. the room was small but had everything I needed, including a desk for work. the host was extremely helpful and always available for any questions or assistance. I also appreciated being able to leave my bag after check-out. a comfortable and convenient stay.

I stayed in room 6 on the 4th floor and the sheer curtains facing another building didn't block out the light from the hallway. This would often wake me up at night when lights turned on.

The location was perfect, right next to Plaza del Sol, making it easy to explore Madrid. The cleanliness of the hostel was impeccable, and the staff, especially Angelo, were warm and friendly. I appreciated the detailed map and recommendations for exploring the city. it was a great place for a solo traveler like me. I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable and convenient stay in Madrid.

I recently stayed at Hostal Patria for 2 nights in the city center. The room was immaculately clean and spacious, with a nice little balcony. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right next to Plaza del Sol with great connections to public transport. I also appreciated the provided amenities such as air-conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. a great experience!

We had an exceptional stay at Hostal Patria. the price for our party of two was very good, and the location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of everything, it was exactly where you want to be. Noise was not an issue, as the hotel is located on the 4th floor. They even had a car park available. the staff was incredibly polite, informative, and helpful. We were impressed and will definitely return.

The lack of fresh air in the room, as it did not have a window or natural light. the shared toilet was located at the end of a long corridor, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
