The price was reasonable and the property was very clean. the staff, especially Angelica, were extremely helpful and friendly. They even lent us a hair dryer and a travelling card. the location was perfect, near Puerta De Sol metro/train station, making it easy to access from the airport. the room had all the necessary amenities, including a private bathroom, balcony, mini fridge, and TV. Mr Ruben and Mrs Camelia were also very helpful and polite. it was a pleasant experience.

Location was mind-blowingly good, walking distance to everything except the stadium. Room was jaw-droppingly clean. Staff were super nice and helpful, they even kept our bags until our late flight. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the small fridge and flat-screen tv. The lift to the 4th floor was a bonus. The small balcony was a nice touch. Amazing sound-proofing from busy road traffic and people. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and air conditioning were fantastic. Plus, no pets allowed and no smoking on site!

Plus, it's only a short 15-minute walk to the airport bus. the staff were extremely welcoming and provided us with great recommendations. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the tourist area and close to major transportation hubs. the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with necessary amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. the friendly staff added a personal touch to the experience.

The noise from outside can be bothersome, especially late at night and early in the morning. Plus, the towels provided were thin and could have been of better quality.
