We recently stayed at Santacruz Hostal Plaza for a few days and absolutely loved it. The historical ambiance of the building and room, with its old furniture, was a delightful step back in time. The size and style of the room for the price were unbelievable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions we wanted to visit. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The option for breakfast starting from 7:30 am was a great convenience, considering the limited early morning dining options. a fantastic experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and stylish hotel. the room was very comfortable, with a great shower and a bed that my girlfriend and I loved. the location was perfect, situated in the heart of an old town. the staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any issues. the hotel had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, and wifi. the cleanliness was impeccable, and there were plenty of towels provided. the hotel also had a lovely Andalusian patio townhouse, adding to the overall charm.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently close to the bus station and just a short walking distance from the cathedral. The staff members are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

There was a constant water drop sound coming from the toilet in room 11, which was quite annoying.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hostal right in the center of St Cruz. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions and with great tapas bars and flamenco venues nearby. Our room was wonderful, with a lovely sunny roof terrace and a spacious bathroom. the superior suite we booked was worth every penny, with a huge bedroom, his and hers sinks, and a bath tub big enough for two. the view onto the covered patio was really beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the old city from such a convenient and picturesque spot. it was a fantastic experience.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the main attractions of the city. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with its quiet and charming atmosphere. The rooms are lovely decorated, creating a romantic ambiance with candles scattered throughout. The breakfast, though basic, is adequate, offering ham, cheese, cereal.

The reception closes after 11 pm, which may be inconvenient for guests arriving late at night.

We got great value for our money at Santacruz Hostal Plaza. The room was amazing, just like the pictures, and we even had a passcode to enter for added safety. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

As youngsters, we loved the central patio with comfy sofas and the attractive roof terrace. The hotel's authentic Spanish style and location in the old town made it easy to explore all the attractions of the city. The communal areas, including the sitting area and the sunny roof terrace, were stylishly done and perfect for hanging out. The staff, especially Juan Antonio, were friendly and helpful, and even suggested a great walking tour for us. The beds were excellent quality and extremely comfortable.

Stayed here for Easter and loved it! the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and fun. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the historic district with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Plus, the hotel offered free coffee and WiFi, which was a nice bonus.

Our room was a bit noisy, especially at night and in the morning. It was on the ground floor, close to the reception and breakfast area, so there was some noise from staff and other guests.
