the location was amazing, with walking distance to main attractions and a nearby metro station. the staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. the room was clean and had a nice balcony. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including two single beds, a TV, fast-acting AC, and a private bathroom. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved the 24-hour reception for my midnight adventures. Only a short stroll to cool shops & lively restaurants. They even offered an airport shuttle.if you remember to ask!

It was sooo enjoyable not being able to communicate with the staff in English. Made me feel like I was in a foreign country!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the linen was changed every day. The hotel facilities were simple but useful, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, with a strong and reliable connection. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. As Muslim travelers, we were pleased to find several Halal restaurants in the area.

the staff at the hostal were friendly and accommodating, even though we had a language barrier. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Gran Via and the metro station. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful nights and the large beds. I am glad I chose this hostal and would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Hostal Regio for a short trip in the heart of Madrid. The location was perfect and the staff were nice. The rooms were cleaned every day and I appreciated the old-fashioned elevator that took me up to the 3rd floor. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the best I've ever experienced in a 3-5-star hotel. It only had a brief interruption of around 5 minutes once a day. Two people could use the Wi-Fi simultaneously without any problems. The room was simple but useful, with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the main entrance.
