Perfect location near Gran Via, shops, restaurants. Metro and tourist attractions nearby. Big spacious room and bed. Clean and empty bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Window to quiet courtyard. Dark shades to block light. Excellent value.

my return to madrid was made even better thanks to an excellent stay at a centrally located hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the value for money was unbeatable. highly recommended for future visits to madrid!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being in close proximity to the main attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also commendable, with the maid cleaning our room daily.

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it noisy, especially if facing the street or near the reception area.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, just around the corner from Gran Via. The location couldn't be better, with a bus stop only 20 meters away. Our accommodation for two was cozy and inviting, complete with a private bathroom. The staff, a friendly couple, were always available and accommodating, ensuring we had a fantastic experience. In terms of value for money and overall quality, our stay at Hostal San Martin was truly exceptional.

We had a great stay at Hostal San Martin. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and ensuring a smooth check-in. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the popular San Gines Chocolateria and close to main streets. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily bed-making and fresh towels provided. We especially appreciated the good-sized fluffy pillows. it was excellent value for the money and we would highly recommend it for budget travelers.

Nothing to complain about, everything was to our liking. 😊
