The location couldn't have been better, with the metro station Callao just a stone's throw away and the bustling Grand Via right on our doorstep. It was incredibly convenient for exploring this vibrant city. Another great aspect was the friendly and attentive staff who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our room being cleaned daily. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including the well-equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for more.

The location on Plaza del Luna was ideal, within walking distance to many of Madrid's famous tourist attractions. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail, making it a fantastic choice for a stay in the city.
