The location is fantastic, so close to the city center and within walking distance to landmarks around Madrid. Plus, it's just right next to the Museo del Jamon restaurant, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast to start your day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The staff could improve their customer service skills and be more welcoming towards guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hostel. The room may have been small, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, just 200m from Sol, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were more variety of items.
