I had a very relaxing and chilled stay at Hotel Abril. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot weather outside. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the harbour and old part of Ciutadella. The hotel felt like a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the town. The homemade shortbread biscuits made by the owner were absolutely delicious. The communication with the host was great and the check-in process was easy. The hotel had a chic and trendy vibe, with a lovely garden and terrace. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and character.

That being said, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast was pre-packaged and I would have preferred fresh options.

The honesty bar by the terrace was a nice touch and the key access to the room and straightforward safety deposit box made things convenient. The air conditioning and wifi were top-notch, and the location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the historic center, was superb.

Great location in the city center, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable, clean, fully equipped rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, made us feel at home. Lovely garden and terrace area to relax. Excellent Nespresso coffee.

This hotel is close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the main attractions of the city. The staff here are really nice and warm, always ready to assist with any need. I particularly loved the rooms with private terraces, providing a relaxing space to soak up the sun. The attention to detail in the basic amenities, like comfy pillows and air conditioning, ensured a comfortable stay.

Communication delay.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions and the best bars and restaurants in town. the staff provided excellent service, which really made our stay an enjoyable experience. We especially appreciated the beautiful garden which was well-kept, inviting and relaxing.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing; packaged croissants and cake left a lot to be desired.
