Great location for exploring Las Ramblas and Plaça Reial. Marcus and the staff were helpful and switched our room to one with a balcony. Liceu Metro station nearby. Wide choice of bars and restaurants. Rooms adequate and comfortable. Friendly staff who speak excellent English.

Adagio was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The front desk personnel were incredibly helpful in providing information about nearby attractions. The hotel's location was unbeatable, situated right in the heart of all the important sites. I was able to walk to places like the cathedral, Las Ramblas, and Casas Gaudi in just a few minutes. The train station being right around the corner was a huge plus. The room, although basic, was clean and spacious enough for my needs. I had a fantastic stay at Adagio.

The location was ideal, right in the center of everything. It was in the very heart of the city, just off Las Ramblas and a 2-minute walk to the metro. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely little restaurant downstairs where we enjoyed delicious paella and complimentary appetizers. The breakfast offered a simple but satisfying range of cereals, pastries, meat, and cheeses. this hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The room I stayed in, although small, was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a short stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even storing our luggage after checkout. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and public transport options. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the important sites without any hassle. the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the rooms were a bit on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped, especially with all the Christmas decorations we brought.

Hotel Adagio's central location near Placa Jaume and within walking distance to Placa Catalunya made it the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Barcelona. With a Metro stop just a block away, it was incredibly convenient to hop on and off, allowing us to easily visit attractions such as the iconic Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. The hotel is also close to the port's cruise terminal, making it an excellent choice if you're embarking on a cruise. Its proximity to numerous restaurants and the Gothic area added to the charm of our stay.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities.

I stayed at the lovely Hotel Adagio for a few days on a budget. The staff were absolutely lovely and the location is superb. It's a hidden gem in Ferran, close to the metro link, making it easy to explore the city. The room was a good size for a solo traveler and the price was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Gothic area and had a great experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the action and just a short walk from La Rambla. It was perfect for exploring the Gothic Quarter and even walking to the Picasso Museum. The hotel itself was basic but very clean, with a large and well-maintained bathroom. The highlight for me was the hotel restaurant, which served delicious and affordable Indian street food. The staff, especially Marcos, were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. it was a great place to stay, whether you're traveling with friends or as a solo female traveler.
