We were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade we received at Hotel Arbaso. The high ceilings in our room added a touch of elegance to our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was impressive, with a luxurious shower and a toilet bidet combo. The amenities provided, such as the shower gel and shampoo/conditioner, smelled amazing. We were also delighted to find a Dyson hairdryer and Marshall speakers in the room. The TV was top-notch, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The tablet in the room provided us with all the necessary information. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the main attractions just a 10-minute walk away.

While the overall experience at Hotel Arbaso was fantastic, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The parking was a bit complicated to find initially, but once we located it, it worked perfectly.

We had a flawless experience at a lovely boutique hotel in central San Sebastian. the charming and modern interior design of Arbaso made us feel right at home. the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, ensuring that our every need was met. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like speakers, an iron, a kettle, and a coffee machine. We didn't have to ask for anything! the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach, pincho bars, and the train/bus station. We also enjoyed the sauna and gym facilities offered by the hotel. We will definitely be returning!

arbaso was a gem in san sebastian. the rooms were posh and the staff, especially the manager, were accommodating and informative. the location was amazing and the overall experience was top-notch. will definitely go back!

Had a good Easter weekend. Room amenities were great, including a lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Also enjoyed the included parking and central location. Plus, there were complementary spa and gym facilities available for guests, which was a nice bonus.

Breakfast selection was also poor and service was slow, while the prices at the restaurant were steep. the room had an annoying iPad notification system that disturbed our sleep.
