I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in San Sebastian. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the beaches, restaurants, and bars. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I loved that they provided complimentary water bottles and coffee, it was a nice touch. The facilities were clean and modern, and my room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. I was impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

Helpful staff providing information about the town and where to eat. Lovely lobby area and welcoming drink. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom with excellent design. "Help-yourself" coffee, water, and Cava. Beautifully appointed lounge, breakfast room, and gym.

The location was very good, close to the surfing area and plenty of bars and restaurants. It was also not too far from the center and old quarter, making it convenient to explore the city.

The room was a bit small and tight, which made it feel a bit cramped. the noise insulation was poor, and I could hear footsteps and noise from neighboring rooms.
