This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and in good condition, with comfortable double beds. The hotel is located in the center of the city, just a few steps away from bustling Gran Via and all the shopping streets. The location is perfect for exploring all the attractions Madrid has to offer. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

During our stay, we were impressed with the hotel's location. There were numerous amazing restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a departmental store with a food market attached just a short distance away from the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a good standard of accommodation. Additionally, the free WIFI connection was a great advantage that we appreciated.

We found that the TV channels offered in the room were mainly in Spanish, limiting our entertainment options.

We had a great stay at Avenida Gran Via! the hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Gran Via and close to three metro stations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, even though we often left late in the day. There's also a restaurant nearby with affordable prices and delicious meals. we were impressed with the hotel and enjoyed our time there.

Had an enjoyable Easter break in xxxxx. Great complementary breakfast with lots of options. the location was amazing with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Loved the rooftop terrace with a stunning view.

The room was quite small and noisy, facing a busy street. the WiFi was also quite slow and kept cutting out.
