We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. It felt secluded and peaceful, yet we were able to easily explore all the attractions Merida had to offer. The staff members were incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly, and went above and beyond to give us advice and recommendations for our onward journey. They even spoke English, which made communication a breeze.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms

This hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the major tourist attractions. the room I had was spacious and clean, perfect for a weekend stay. the staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, the shower was great, with hot water available at all times.

The parking was quite far away, making it challenging to travel with luggage. the amenities were not up to scratch, with the Wi-Fi being intermittent and there being no instruction on how to use the room control system.

The value for money at Spa Adealba was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and natural light. The location was central and easily accessible to all the Roman artifacts. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great advice and recommendations for our trip.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
