We stayed at a very good hotel in Benidorm for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and the service was excellent. The facilities, including the pool and bar, were great. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet on our last day. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Caballo De Oro. the hotel was lovely, with comfortable, well-furnished bedrooms and a friendly, helpful staff. the location was perfect - quiet, yet close enough to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the daily room service ensured everything was in order. the pool area was great, no fighting over sunbeds, and there was always a lifeguard present. We especially loved the helpful and chatty Spanish guests, mostly OAPs like us!

The hotel had a great location, close to entertainment areas but free from noise. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the best aspects of the hotel were the daily towel changing service and the well-functioning air conditioning system. the breakfast was average but good enough for the price paid.

The lack of signage in the hotel and the complicated mealtime process were the worst aspects of the hotel. the walls were thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

As business travelers, we were impressed by the high protein breakfast options and tasty coffee, perfect for starting off the day. The AC worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable environment, and the location was ideal - close to the beach but free from noisy distractions at night. The room itself was outstanding, especially the shower, which was a 10/10 experience.

Felt like VIPs throughout our stay, with no reason to complain.

The prices for both food and drinks were very reasonable, making it easy to enjoy my stay without breaking the bank. The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the clean and comfortable rooms with balconies to the fresh towels provided daily. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was set away from the busy centre, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, but still close enough to easily access all that the vibrant city of Benidorm has to offer.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

During our three-night stay, we found the hotel to be very clean, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The location was also quite good, with a short walk to the beach and various entertainment options nearby. The staff provided decent service, although we had to pay for a drink in the restaurant, which was not included in our dinner package. the hotel offered good value for money and met my needs for a short stay.

The wifi was inconsistent, causing some inconvenience during our stay.
