Additionally, the breakfast had a disappointing lack of variety and quality. This hotel did not meet the standard I expected from the Sonder brand, which left me frustrated during my visit.

the mugs in my room were dirty, showcasing a total lack of attention to detail. also, the noise from the rooftop restaurant kept me up until 1:30 am. honestly, with how much I was charged, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.
