We stayed in the Serenity area and the room was modern, clean, and had a great view of the pool. The balcony had a little hammock and chairs and table. The hotel was adults only, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very clean and the bar prices were reasonable. The pool area was nice, and there were occasional tapas served with drinks. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, although the hot food could have been hotter. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

The food was not great, and there wasn't much variety. the beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms were not soundproofed very well, so we were often disturbed by noise from other guests.

Lovely, relaxing holiday

Just returned from a 2-week stay in the serenity area. The hotel is on the edge of town and very clean. The staff are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. The food is good, with a good choice for all tastes. There is entertainment every night and a weekly disco. The hotel is close to the beach, with a sports bar next door and a shop just a short walk away.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and kept spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance - the beach, shopping area, and even a bar and minimarket next door. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. It truly felt like value for money, with attention to detail and excellent service from start to finish.

the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the main area and close to the beaches. the staff at the hotel were excellent, always very helpful and polite. this was my second time visiting the hotel and i will definitely be returning again. i can't fault the service provided by the staff, they truly made my holiday enjoyable. the pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the beds in the room were very comfortable. having cooking facilities in the room was also a plus.

The breakfast was great with a good variety of options including cereal, fresh fruit, porridge, croissants and cooked breakfast. the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the fact that car parking was free and available outside the hotel was also a major plus.

The wifi internet in the room was very poor, only working in the reception and restaurant area. Dinner came at an additional cost of 10 Euros and only included water.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with the property kept pristine clean and my apartment being cleaned every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I had an issue with the safe, which was promptly resolved. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two well-maintained and heated swimming pools. The location in the serenity area was perfect, providing a quiet and safe environment. Moreover, the hotel was just a short stroll away from the main shopping area, where I enjoyed exploring the various restaurants and shops.
