Our stay at Hotel Conde Duque was exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the river and just steps away from a small park for the kids. We loved being so close to the Guggenheim museum, which was truly amazing and kept our whole family entertained. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space. We also appreciated the good heating and the nice bathroom with a great shower. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in a convenient and picturesque location.

The hotel's location next to Zubizuri pedestrian bridge was perfect for exploring both the Guggenheim and the Old Town. It was just a short walk to the sights I wanted to see and I loved being able to easily find local cafe's for coffee & pinxtos. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was tasty, offering a variety of options.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was central and close to many attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

The walls were very thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms.

My recent weekend stay at Hotel Conde Duque was fantastic. I've stayed here about 50 times over the years, for both work and leisure purposes. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to the Guggenheim, Cafe Iruna for delicious tapas, and the charming Old Town. The staff, especially Alvaro, Oksana, and Jorge. The breakfast provided everything I could wish for, and the overall experience was excellent. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff for another great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Conde Duque in Bilbao. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town just a stone's throw away. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city and even giving us a metro card for easy transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, offering either a river view or a view of the small patio. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine, but there were also plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop with direct access to the airport.

I recently stayed at Hotel Conde Duque for a week-long vacation in Bilbao. The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the Guggenheim Museum and the old city. It was also just a short 10-minute walk to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. There was a supermarket only 5 minutes away, which was extremely handy. The staff at the reception were super helpful and polite, providing great recommendations and even giving me a map of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the sauna, a simple amenity but much appreciated after a long day of walking.
