I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The fact that they had parking available was a huge plus for me. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The location on this getaway island was perfect, with beautiful beaches and plenty of things to do. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that many of them spoke English.

Had a problem with my in-room safe which meant I had to get a member of staff to open it every time, which was a bit frustrating. But overall, I had a better than expected stay at Bordoy Cosmopolitan. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the balcony overlooking the airport side was fine in terms of noise. The hotel is located in a quieter part of La Palma, just 15 minutes from the airport and a short walk from the beach. The pool was pleasant and I had no trouble finding a sunlounger. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including delicious fresh croissants and fresh fruit. The staff were helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a short break.

I recently stayed at Bordoy Cosmopolitan for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and a convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food each day. I also appreciated the use of the shower next to the gym after our check-out. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
