During my recent stay at a hotel in Vittoria, I had a great experience at Arts - Gasteiz Centro. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the city and close to historic attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on parking options and speaking both English and Spanish. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the nearby pintxo bars where I could indulge in delicious local cuisine. The breakfast, although not a typical western style, was great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with large, spotlessly clean rooms and a fair-sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for exploring the old city, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable.

The only small issue with the breakfast option was that it could have had more variety.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and familiar. Our room was spacious with a large wardrobe, perfect for our 12-night stay. The heating kept us warm on chilly nights and there were 2 blankets provided. Breakfast was delicious and affordable. The location in the old town was fantastic and we even had the convenience of storing our sausages in the hotel fridge.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Vittoria is interesting. by chance. Medieval town lovers will fall in love. Spectacular sunset views. Cool street names.

The statue in Plaza de la Virgen Blanca didn't match the one in Plaza del Museo Artium. How dare they? !

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our 2-3 day stopover. The location was ideal for a short walk into the Old City, and the staff at reception made communication easy with their sufficient English.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been better, as we found it to be mediocre and didn't repeat.

The breakfast, although not a typical Western style, is delicious and affordable. The location is close to the old town and good pintxo bars, with convenient parking and a taxi stand nearby.

Felt completely satisfied, no reason to complain.
