I had a great stay at the Convention Plaza hotel. the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the staff at the bar were lovely. the location was perfect, with easy access to local amenities and the airport. the breakfast options were excellent, with something to suit everyone's tastes. the on-site parking was also a bonus. I highly recommend Sercotel Convention Plaza for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid.

Wow! What a great stay! the rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. the location was perfect as we were able to easily access the business and airport district. the complementary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amazing. They were accommodating and very friendly!

The wait time at the restaurant was a bit long, and the service could be improved. the shuttle that we reserved was delayed, which caused us to have to wait for a bit.
