This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was fantastic - just a short walk from all the main attractions in this beautiful city. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a huge bed that was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with modern fixtures and a great shower. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat, with coffee made to order from the cafe next door and a wide selection of delicious options.

This hotel is superb! its location is perfect, just across the river from the El Cid statue and behind the museum of Evolution. You can easily explore all the main attractions in Burgos. Secondly, the staff provides excellent service, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, with modern bathrooms and large comfortable beds. Lastly, the breakfast is outstanding, with an individual espresso machine for delicious coffee made to order from the cafe next door. Value for money at its best!

No major drawbacks, everything was ok.

This lovely hotel is conveniently located just across the river from the main attractions, making it a great base for exploring. The secure underground parking area ensures peace of mind for those traveling by car. The rooms are spacious and smartly decorated, with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of choices, including Spanish omelets and fresh fruit. Additionally, the friendly staff provide excellent service and offer guidance on exploring the city.

There can be some issues with the checkout staff being less considerate and attentive towards guests, which can be off-putting.

From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel at home. The room was perfect, with a safe lock box and comfortable bed. The cafe/bar was a great place to start the day and end it with a beer. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the river and city center. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our city trip, we found an excellent spot to stay without breaking our budget. the hotel offers two great complementary breakfast options, one to grab a quick and light morning snack and a slightly more luxurious buffet. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the center, making it easy to walk around and explore the city's main attractions. the hotel rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a peaceful place to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast had a good variety of options. We enjoyed the convenient location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. the hotel also had a nice atmosphere, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our Christmas stay.

We experienced frequent disconnections and slow speeds, which made it difficult to use the internet smoothly. the soundproofing of the rooms was not adequate.

Lovely room and bathroom, walking distance to attractions, friendly and accommodating staff, modern and clean rooms, convenient parking.
