We had the most amazing time staying at a charming hotel in a quieter side street. The location was perfect for exploring the city with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were delightful and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were beautifully designed. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the rooftop terrace with stunning views. it was a fantastic experience.

Nothing could have been better.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated on a quiet street yet close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It only took a short walk to reach the harbor, and there were plenty of bars and eateries within a few minutes' walk. This made it convenient for exploring the area and grabbing a bite to eat.

That the rooms facing the street tended to be noisy at night. The old windows didn't seem to provide much soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be a bit bothersome.

This hotel satisfied my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and treatment room. the service was impeccable, with staff being attentive and accommodating. the rooftop pool provided a beautiful view of the city and the sun loungers were very comfortable. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar had a great selection of drinks.

Amazing staff! the people who work here are so friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. the room was spacious and had a lovely terrace with a jacuzzi. It was perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful city. the welcome drinks and chocolates were an added nice touch. Location was great, close to all the key attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast needs improvement. the cold cuts were not top quality and the açai bowl was not up to par with what we've had before.

The rooftop pool and spa were an added bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind during our stay. We were particularly impressed by the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was immaculate. The friendly and accommodating staff, especially Deli who checked us in, made our experience even more enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Didac, who gave us a fascinating tour of the property and shared the history behind this magnificent place.
