Great views and location, close to the river and with beautiful views of the city. The rooftop area was a highlight, with stylish furnishings and a small but lovely pool. The complimentary drinks on arrival were a nice touch.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly, despite several attempts to notify the staff. This made it difficult to sleep at night and uncomfortable during the day.

The terrace bar was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the beautiful views. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this place. Everything is easily accessible and just a short walk away. The location on the river is absolutely stunning and adds to the ambiance of the hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, offering me a warm welcome with a complimentary drink upon my arrival. The breakfast is definitely worth waking up early for and the rooftop bar is a must-visit. It offers a great view and amazing drinks that you won't find anywhere else.

The hotel is ideally located, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The staff provided excellent service and were very informative. The breakfast at the adjoining Fluvial restaurant was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The rooftop bar offered a great view of the city.

The room at Hotel Kivir was incredibly chic and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a refreshing shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the hot city. We decided to add on breakfast and it was well worth it. The mini tasting menu was delightful, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Seville.

The minibar in the room was complimentary and fully stocked with refreshing drinks. the hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff were polite and helpful, always available to answer any questions.

The parking situation was quite inconvenient and expensive. We had to find a back alley to park and the parking fee was quite steep.

our second stay in seville was even more amazing thanks to kivir - clean rooms, friendly staff , and the breathtaking rooftop with a small but refreshing pool. loved the views and the location - close to the sights but not too crowded. definitely coming back!
