I was truly amazed by the exceptional service at Mercer. The staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable, even providing personalized recommendations for restaurants and arranging a fantastic tour guide. The attention to detail and elegant decor added to the overall luxury experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern and stylish bathroom. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, such as limited hot water and a short coffee service at breakfast, the staff's attentiveness made up for it. I would highly recommend Mercer for its impeccable service, beautiful design, and overall elegance.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The bed in our room creaked with every movement, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was a green light above the door inside that illuminated the room and a light outside that shone directly in front of the door. The light even came through under the door, disturbing our sleep even more.

Despite these cons, the hotel itself was very elegant and personal. The interior design was fabulous, with beautiful furniture and lamps.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room was top-notch with a heavenly bed. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions. The staff at Mercer were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast option: It would have been great if guests could help themselves to pastries and have a jug of coffee per table.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions. the room had a comfortable bed and a modern design.

The noise level was high due to construction nearby and the bed made loud creaking noises. the bathroom lighting was too bright, making it difficult to relax and sleep.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding and wonderful! Staying in this property while visiting Sevilla is a must because it definitely is going to be part of your experience in this beautiful city. the interior was beautifully designed in a contemporary style and I couldn’t get over the beauty of each corner. the bed was very comfortable and clean. the breakfast buffet and area were just amazing! the staff were super nice and professional, they made our stay unforgettable and made us excited to come back as soon as we can.
