The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it is centrally located and close to all the most interesting areas. It is conveniently situated between a couple of nearby metros, making sightseeing very simple. Additionally, the hotel is right in the center, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting and smiling at us. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning service is commendable. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a super king bed and a balcony that offers a nice view of the city.

The shower pressure in the hotel is a bit low.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, I could walk to everything in the area and the metro was just a short walk away. The staff were super helpful and offered to print some documents for me at the reception desk. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean.

Great location near tourist attractions and good restaurants. We were happy with the complementary breakfast and the view from the rooftop terrace was fabulous.

Our room was noisy from the street traffic and the windows didn't isolate the sound. the "queen" bed was uncomfortable with the gap between the two twin beds.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to shopping and restaurants. The recently refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, offering everything we needed for our romantic escape. We particularly enjoyed the elegant decor and the understated yet stylish design, adding a touch of class to our stay. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was a delightful feature, where we could enjoy a light dinner and take in the beautiful views.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the room sizes were a bit small, although adequately appointed.

The room was newly refurbished and spacious. the heating and air conditioning were excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and information. the location was convenient, close to transportation links and interesting places to eat.

One night, we were unfortunately bitten by bed bugs in our room. This was a terrible experience and we highly recommend that the hotel properly sanitizes their rooms to avoid such complaints from future guests.
