The gym hours at this hotel were perfect for our needs. We were able to start our day with a morning workout and feel energized for the rest of the day.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its amazing amenities and fantastic service. the spa and wellness centre provided an excellent array of treatments, with the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi offering ultimate relaxation. the garden area was a beautiful and serene spot that we enjoyed immensely. the room was spacious and stylishly decorated, with top-notch facilities.

The breakfast buffet did not live up to the rest of the hotel's luxurious standards, with limited options and not enough variety. the exceptional service and exclusive amenities made up for this minor issue.

Convenient location for dining and shopping. Friendly staff, happy to assist and hail cabs. Complimentary daily snack near the lifts. Excellent WiFi. Spacious room with sofa, chair, and large bathroom. Good value for the price. Adjoining rooms a pleasant surprise. Dated but comfortable rooms. Metro right outside and supermarket around the corner. a satisfying stay.

The hotel is well located, close to the shopping area of Serrano but a bit far from the city center. It is also conveniently situated near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Some floors might need a refurbishment, but the suite on the third floor was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast included Spanish hams, cheeses, omelettes made to order, and delicious coffee.

We had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel. the Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The Wifi wasn't very strong in our room, and the breakfast buffet was overpriced for the limited options offered. the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and walking around.
