Leticia at the reception and Julia in the cafeteria were particularly helpful in assisting us with finding accommodation beyond the city. They worked together as a team and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Their exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. the spacious room with its useful furniture provided a comfortable and private atmosphere. Finding parking on the nearby streets was also convenient. the hotel truly checked all the boxes for a great stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a great local hotel in a convenient location for transport, thermal baths, shops, and historical areas. the staff at Mino were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, such as providing hot water for tea and storing luggage. the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ample beds, a great shower, and reliable wifi. Plus, the receptionists were quite helpful, and I felt that I had all the privacy I needed during my stay. I also enjoyed the lovely cafes nearby, Montgre and Niza. With its excellent location, just a short walk away from the historic quarter and cathedral, this hotel in Ourense is definitely a place I would return to for future trips.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mino for a few nights on a business trip to Ourense. The staff at Mino were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and visit local attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with well-designed furniture and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was modern and had both a telephone head shower and a monsoon head, which provided great water pressure. I also appreciated the small desk in my room for work, as well as the large shared workspace available on another floor. Mino offered great value for the price and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Ourense.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, with thorough room cleaning daily at 10 o'clock. The staff are friendly and happy to answer all questions. The hotel facilities are good, and the breakfast provided is satisfying.

We were happy to find a budget-friendly option that allowed us to stay in a central location. Another positive was the friendly front-desk staff. They were helpful and provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. Finally, we appreciated the small balcony in our room. It was a nice addition and allowed us to enjoy some fresh air.
